SLSC Events and Recognition

The SkillsUSA Idaho Delegate Program engages chapter-identified delegates to represent their chapters in introducing, debating, modifying and voting upon delegate items that may include organization Bylaws, and the SkillsUSA Idaho state officer elections. Delegates receive training to develop their responsibility and decision-making skills while building their peer networks.

Chapters are entitled to student delegates commensurate with their membership to represent the views of their chapter within the structure of the Idaho House of Delegates. Encourage your students to serve as Delegates! Further details can be found in the Delegate Program Guide.

Delegates should watch this initial training video to get a sense of Delegate responsibilities, and what to expect at the SLSC!
