The State Leadership and Skills Conference is the premier CTE event for students learning a skilled trade in the state of Idaho. The top students in over 60 different technical skill and leadership competitions gather to compete against peers for a chance to advance to the National Leadership and Skills Conference (NLSC). These competitions allow students to hone their technical skills, connect with business and industry, and become skilled professionals, career-ready leaders, and responsible community members.
In addition to the competitions, students are able to participate in various events and activities to further their career development and connect with potential future employers.
